I see that you have Woocommerce Memberships active, as we previously mentioned, the Pmpro plugin works hand in hand with > Paid membership Pro.
In this case, when you purchase the woocommerce Membership add-on, you can consult its support since, being a paid add-on, we cannot guide you 100% on what to do to configure it; however, you can see its:
