In this case I don’t know how your style.css file is, but if possible it should be from line 14, since this code is usually added at the beginning of the file, if possible send us a screenshot of this section of your website in this way we can verify in greater detail what you tell us.
Try adding the code and then check if your website is taking your custom font, keep in mind that you may need to clear your website and browser cache to see the changes
