I am installing the Zopim chat system
It works perfectly on the web and Zopim admin.
The problem is adding it to Gtalk because I use Google App email accounts and I have to make changes to the dns.
I have made changes to them before, when registering the App for myself and clients, for example, but in this case I don’t understand how to do it with the information that Zopim gives me.

Here’s what it means when you’re filling up a form:
Name: suitecom.es.
Service: _xmpp-server
Protocol: _tcp
Hostname (combination of above): _xmpp-server._tcp.suitecom.es.
Priority: 5
Weight: 0
Target: xmpp-server.l.google.com.
