Today we answer questions about modern bridal shoes, biker communities, hourly pricing, and dropshipping.

But first, let’s remember that , started yesterday, and today we have a couple of classes in which we learn to use the column system and fonts. Do not miss it!

And now we are going for the questions from the audience:

1. Hello John, First of all, let me tell you that I’ve been following your podcast for barely a month and I’m already totally addicted. Why didn’t I discover them sooner!?! I love the tips you give and I think you do a great job! I would like to propose a project to undertake and with which several questions arise in relation to it. It cannot be said that I would be very excited, if possible, if you could guide me with your wisdom and marketing clairvoyance hehe It would really help me a lot. The fact is that I saw a business opportunity, a neglected market niche: the shoes of the modern bride. Sale by e-commerce clearly. I launched a Google survey of friends and acquaintances who were getting married or had gotten married and I was right, I’m not the only one! Weak points? I do not have the know-how of the sector (I am not trained as a shoemaker, I do not have contacts in this specific sector, and I do not have an economic cushion to start a project by myself from scratch with the risks that it can entail). Strengths? I have first-hand experience of this “problematic” and market niche, I know the target, I have experience in offline and online marketing, communication, press, events, social media… and I consider myself a creative person, resourceful, entrepreneur and fighter! What have I done? contact the designer who made my wedding dress and suggest that she launch a line of bridal shoes with her brand, which has already been created and has a very good image. In fact, the designer confessed to me during the last fitting that she would encourage her to launch bridal shoes as an accessory because she saw a clear market opportunity!! (without me having told him anything yet, we were already on the same wavelength). in short. I recently left my job and I think it’s time to start. Now or neverrrr! So that’s why I contacted this person, to create synergies and, in the best of cases, to be a co-founder of this new product division that would be shoes. We had a first call and he was super enthusiastic and aligned with my vision, waiting for me to explain this to the CEO. Do you think it is a good approach? I have clear ideas, but I don’t know where to start, what to propose to these people at first… I understand that I would do everything, because she doesn’t have time to deal with this new business… but I don’t want to lose the few savings I have either! !! Help! I’m sorry for bothering you, but I believe in this idea soooo much that I cling to it and I want it to succeed!!! I think that it is the job that would make me happy and with which I would finally feel fulfilled. That’s why I need your advice. A huge greeting Joan and again, congratulations on your podcast. PS I just signed up for your courses and bought the entrepreneur’s guide. Butt asshole 🙂 (Pink)

two. Dear Joan, I love what I do! For the sake of life I discovered motorcycling and fell in love with it! that feeling of freedom and wonder every time you go out to shoot and discover new landscapes, towns and extraordinary people! that I found a way to turn it into a business model. It is a contact website that connects very experienced bikers with bikers who want to discover new routes. Our main contribution is the support we give them through technology and assistance in case of any situation. We have tested in massive motorcycling events in Mexico and we are very happy with the response it has had. I say “we” because this is a team effort, each one is essential to make it a reality and that is why we are looking for a master in web development passionate about marketing!, to join the team and be a co-founder. Why might you be interested? We are starting the project in Mexico, one of our allies, is the corporate group that has 80% of the Harley Davidson branches in the country. As a first phase, we focus on the southeast, on the Riviera Maya, where we have many allies in the tourism sector. Another of our allies is the airline Evelop! where our ads can be seen, during Madrid-Cancun flights. We have the opportunity to grow the project in Spain and Chile. Joan, I thank you in advance for your support, I know the great level of audience you have and I know that this request will reach the right ears. If you are interested in the project, I would be more than honored! Thanks again for everything, for helping us become better professionals. (Sweet)

Four. Hello Joan, a question has arisen in my mind doing the exercise in today’s episode of the podcast. Maybe you can help me. I did the exercise and what I get as a result is almost the same as the prices I am currently charging, so far everything is perfect. The issue is that with respect to market prices I am well below. I feel good charging the current value, I get the accounts and I feel comfortable, but I don’t know if I’m making a mistake and it may be affecting the value of what I do and that people don’t appreciate it. I also feel the biggest problem with the issue of international prices, since the exchange rate is very high in my country (Colombia) so when I convert that same price to dollars it is really low, I don’t know if I should do something to adjust prices internationally or if, on the contrary, I can use that value, which is fine for me, as a competitive advantage. What can you advise or tell me about this? P.S. My strategy to manage the low prices for clients, for now, is that for example, for a single session I charge a price x but if people buy a package of several sessions then the price drops a lot (It can go down to . My slogan is to tell everyone that if they commit to the process (that is, they take several consultations) then we do it too and that’s why prices drop so much. pd2. I forgot to mention that I am a Coach and I am talking mainly about the personalized consultations that I sell internationally, I do not have any other product that I offer in this way. (Stephen)

5. Buenas tardes, I have been researching the topic of dealing with a supplier for dropshipping. I have checked the internet, and I have listened to the 109 podcast I think I remember, but I still have some doubts. For example: -When talking to my supplier, are their prices accepted and then in my store I increase them or is it a price to be agreed? -Taking into account that the supplier is in charge of the shipment, the logical thing to do is to make the payments monthly, or is there another better way? -Is there the possibility of automating in WooCommerce what money from each order I keep and what goes to the supplier and that it is entered automatically? These are doubts that have arisen to me as I have been investigating the subject but there is no very clear information. I know perfectly well how it works and what dropshiping is, but there are points that I don’t quite understand. If you could explain it to me I would be very grateful. Greetings and thanks, there is no possible way to repay the effort you make every day and the large amount of knowledge you provide us. (Oscar)
