Very good Joan, I join the band of those who thank you for the great membership of courses that you have set up and now with audio courses, which I really love, well, more than a car it is already a thank you trailer because it really that you deserve them Here is my situation and my doubt. I am currently SEO and I have recently set up a website about dogs, a specific breed, whose domain is the one I have written above (I am not naming it to avoid spam). My initial idea was monetization with products oriented to working dogs with Amazon and other portals (affiliation) and in the informational pages put some AdSense. But I’m thinking about the idea of making a membership on this topic and making this a serious project, mainly for two reasons, I have a dog of this same breed with whom I spend most of the day, and I’m in full training to be a dog trainer. Membership would consist of training courses in video format and extra advice in audio or text, but of course, this is not only applicable to the domain race, but to all. Would you change the domain now that the web has practically no traffic to one with more personal branding? The domain change would be “El profe Malinois” which corresponds to the podcast that I have in which I talk about these topics as an inbound, since I don’t like rss like Instagram and others. I have also listened to the audio course on how to set up a membership and from here my most sincere congratulations to Fran because she has done a great course. But I have many doubts as to whether or not she should launch it at this time. I have no community, zero, only the podcast that I only have 8 chapters, two per week. I thought about waiting for the deadline for the launch of your membership plugin this winter to start building the membership and thus grow in the community and create its content. In the meantime, throw away the income from the affiliation (if there is any), since I will build the web, I have time and I use WordPress and I have no money, so I see it as the only option.
