Blocks course for WordPress #2. Kadence Blocks – .com

In this second class of the block collections course for the new WordPress editor we will begin to learn about Kadence Blocks, reviewing one by one all the different elements that make it up.

We will see how Kadence Blocks has only 11 blocks, a figure somewhat lower than the rest of the collections in the course, with the Row Layout, Advanced Heading and Info Box blocks standing out for their usefulness over the rest.

In this collection, the blocks are more oriented to create layouts or design structures by having a pre-built layout library functionality that loads predefined block layouts, thus turning Kadence Blocks into something more similar to the typical WordPress visual builder, that yes, with the advantage of working natively on top of the new editor. Go for it!

Clever! In a short time we have seen all the different options that this collection of blocks called Kadence Blocks allows us.

We have been able to quickly and easily build an example website, using each and every one of the blocks that we had at our disposal, and we have greatly accelerated the creation of designs with the help of the pre-created block libraries that this plugin incorporates.

With this lesson I’m sure we already have a solid idea of all the types of designs that can be created with the Kadence Blocks collection of blocks.

In the next class we will begin to see Atomic Blocks, one of the block collections best known by the public by sharing a name with one of the first themes fully compatible with Gutenberg. See you in the next class!
