Can you imagine receiving a special Christmas bonus of 10,000 euros from your boss? This is what happened to a good part of the workers of the car sales and rental company, located in Mallorca. Its owner and CEO, Othman Ktiri, wanted to reward all his employees with one million euros after a “historic year” for the company.
“It’s my way of thanking you for your commitment, dedication and, above all, for your loyalty. Enjoy it a lot and Merry Christmas,” declared Othman Ktiri, who in turn confessed that it had been the most important day of his life. professional. “By witnessing so much happiness, without a doubt, I am the happiest,” he assured.
The celebration took place at the Son Moix stadium where Real Mallorca plays its home LaLiga matches. The million euros was distributed among the company’s 450 employees, based on seniority: 300 euros went to those who recently joined and up to 10,000 euros for those who have been working longer. Who is Othman Ktiri?
Othman Ktiri is, apart from being an agricultural engineer by training, a Balearic businessman born in Casablanca in 1979. After beginning as a salesperson at a dealership, Ktiri decided in 2005 to found his own car distribution company, Logic Auto, the seed of what is today his current company Ok Mobility.
“We have spent almost two decades building a disruptive and integrated business model that allows us to control the entire life cycle of the vehicle at 100%, from its acquisition from manufacturers and suppliers to its marketing and sale.
