Within this species we could highlight blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum) and lingonberries (Vaccinium Oxycoccus), however, the differences between these two are very few. The blueberry is the fruit of a wild bush that grows in cold areas. Its main production area is North America, but we also find cultivation areas in northern Europe and Asia. In Spain, specifically in Huelva, it has become one of the areas of our country where this fruit is grown the most.
