In the fifth class of the business management and organization course, we are going to take a walk analyzing the different departmentalization criteria.

First of all we must know what we call departmentalization of a company, what objectives we pursue with it, and therefore what characteristics we must take into account to departmentalize a company.

Given these fundamental aspects, we will be ready to analyze the different types of departmentalization that we can adopt to implement in our company, depending on its characteristics and the objectives that we pursue. Go for it!

As you can see, the departmentalization of a company is one more level, a twist in its organization, and that we can adapt depending on the management style and the organization that we have carried out as we have seen in previous classes.

We have synergies between them, but it is very important to reflect on what we want to achieve in our company, where we want to take it, and for all of this, having a good organization will be essential.

It is up to you, based on what we have worked on in this and previous classes, to structure a level of departmentalization for your own project or business, analyzing the organization you have up to now and what you want to achieve.
