Discord course #8. Roles and server management – .com

In the eighth class of the Discord Course we are going to delve into the configuration of our server and the section on user roles.

We can create a true hierarchy of user roles, or ranks. Which we can customize up to the millimeter. We can create various channels and sections and limit access to each of them.

In this class we will also learn how we can integrate our Youtube and Twitch subscribers. Discord will give each of them a specific rank automatically. Differentiating them from other users. Let’s start!

With what we have learned in this class we will be able to create a server as large as we want.

There are no qualms when it comes to creating dozens and dozens of channels. We can make our users choose what and what they don’t want to see. Likewise, we can create a server with a public part, and a private part, to be able to work in privacy with our moderators or collaborators.

The possibilities are many, and this use of roles, together with what we have learned in previous classes, will give us all the tools to make our server perfect.

As homework let’s play with the roles. Let’s create a hierarchy of ranks that will allow us to organize our server. If we have already invited some friends, try them.

As always, if you have any doubt or question, you can send it through the support form of the subscriber intranet. See you in the next lesson! 🙂

Remember that if you will have access to everybody the courses and you can also enjoy everything from .
