How does the Co-Production tool work?

If you are a Producer, you can access your account settings to add Co-producers to your business.

To do this, just go to the menu Tools > Co-productions Y select the product.

click on Invite Co-producer.

  • The Co-producer’s email (who must also have an account on the platform).
  • The contract time (for a specific or unlimited period).

To break the alliance, the Producer must access Tools > Co-productions and, in the three dots to the right of the chosen co-production, click on Cancel Co-production.

At this time, an email will be sent to the other party involved to accept the term of the contract.

It should be noted that this action must be carried out through the link sent by mail and, as we have already said, the decision to end the co-production must be bilateral.

It is also important to remember that the Co-Producer has to accept all changes that the Producer makes in the co-production tool. Otherwise, it will not be possible to modify the co-production period or the stipulated commission.

Main Rules for Co-Producers

1) The number of Co-producers is unlimited, and the main Producer can share up to 99% of the profits with as many Co-producers as they want.

2) Regardless of how many Co-Producers there are, the Lead Producer is responsible for the product for tax, tax and legal purposes.

3) Only the Lead Producer can make changes to product settings.

Co-Producers will have access to Sales History, but will not be able to modify any of its features.
