Hi Javier.
You have to activate the Contact Form module.
If you don’t have it installed, download prestashop from this URL:

Unzip the Zip that you download from prestashop and inside the modules folder you will see a folder with the name contactform
.- Upload the contactform folder to the modules folder of the installation you have in the hosting
.- Access the Prestashop administration again and activate the Contact Form module.
Check if that fixes it.
