Direct Invoice Course #6. Purchase invoices – .com

In this sixth class of the Direct Invoice course, we are going to see how we can create purchase invoices.

Now yes, we get fully into what will be our day to day with this tool. These types of invoices are essential and, as you will see, we will use them very often to generate the accounting of our business. Keep in mind that all the payments we make to our suppliers will have to be associated with a ticket or simplified invoice, or if possible, a purchase invoice.

Also, here we are going to see the wonders of this tool, and it is that we can generate recurring invoices. Imagine that every month you need to create a transaction, and that it is always the same and for the same amount. Well, as we will see in class, we can save a lot of work if we do it through recurring tasks.

You see it! As always, very simple and very intuitive. And not only that, but it’s really comfortable. We have several options to create this type of invoice and do it as quickly as possible.

Remember that if you are going to return an expense, do it with knowledge. Although, as we have already indicated in the course, it is better to always include billing. In addition, with the option of including an attachment, we will be able to justify each expense in a very simple way.

Come on, and now yes, let’s go with today’s homework. In this case, you will have to create the expense invoices for the next quarter, choosing in the process the contact that we previously created, and modifying the tax rate, as well as the tax base. That is, change whether taxes are included in the price or not.
