What you need is to send to your supplier the orders made in your store?
You can use the following plugin:

Once installed, go to WooCommerce -> Export Orders.
.- Select the extension you want to export “CSV, XLS….”
.- Select the states you want to export “Pending payment, processed….. “
It is possible that the structure is not the same, think that they may be using a platform other than WooCommerce and the data may vary.
