On the page I’m managing, it’s in English and Spanish by default. When I added a new menu item in Spanish I didn’t have any problems. I created a new category, because that item was going to be an article with a blog format, which I called “Articles”. One of the articles I had I changed to that category. The “Articles” item was going to display a blog format with a single article. And it worked perfectly.
When doing the same operations in English language, the “Articles” menu item appears in the main menu, I changed the category article to “Articles”, which I created a new one for it. And when clicking on the “Articles” menu, the corresponding article appears and the main menu disappears, like the attached screenshot.
I have recreated the operations in English three times, associating the articles, categories and menu items with their corresponding ones in Spanish. What can happen, why does the menu disappear in English and not in Spanish?
