Google Cumulative Layout shift (CLS) metric

Hello.

For a couple of months my website has been losing positions and it coincides with the appearance in google search console of the new Core Web Vitals metrics, since many urls with poor results in the CLS metric have appeared.

I have optimized everything I could and even have a pagespeed result of 85 on mobile and 92 on desktop. But in the pagespeed, the CLS metric for the computer comes out at 0.562 and for mobile it comes out at 0 in experimental data and 0.87 in field data.

How are all these different values of CLS different and which would be the one that really works for me. On the other hand, I have downloaded a google extension to measure it (web vitals) and I always get the CLS in red and fired.

It is evident that my website fails in the CLS.

How can I check the element or elements causing the failure and fix it and improve the CLS metric?

Thanks and regards.
