Experience and empathy in problem solving.
Imagine a person without any knowledge of web management or hosting, who at the moment is devoid of a webmaster or webdesigner when this person is presented with a problem of disk space and image optimization.
In addition, this person does not speak the language of the host, who was chosen by a former webdesigner who did not finish the job and the current webdesigner said that she would not do anything in a host that she had not hired. That doesn’t seem like a story with a happy ending, does it?
Well, to my total surprise, everything ended well. The experts were very attentive, they taught me all the steps to take, they listened to my pitiful Spanish, they told me where to find each file and finally, they did not know how they optimized the photos on the website.
In truth, I never managed to understand what the hosts that I have been frequenting since the 90s, when I made the first website of my store, told me, so I assumed that we belonged to separate universes. Now, I have to review this concept. Thank you very much for this encouraging experience. I have never imagined that a host in Spain would serve my needs better than my host of 25 years in Brazil. !! Congratulations!!
