From what I see in your screenshot, these are buttons that you add to your page, so to modify the text you must verify, edit the page and check if the constructor or editor you use allows you to modify this text.
Note that this type of content is not modified by CSS, since CSS only works to add specific styles(Layouts) to the elements of your website.
