As Pablo indicated, try the file:
templates/gk_boutique/layouts/blocks/logo.php
You must have basic knowledge of PHP and Html to edit this file.
In Joomla, the generated code is dynamic, that is, the html is built according to the PHP statements. In this file indicated above, you will find PHP and Html agreed because it is a view file.
In case you want to change the style you can do it directly in the CSS files, the firebug is more useful for these tasks.
For what you want, if it is only about moving the upper links, you could work it with CSS, for example, check the screenshots, the first image lowers the texts, then the second one changes the color.
