I see that there are things that do not work normally in your Store, such as after adding products to the cart if I click on “View cart” or “My account” the buttons or links do not work.
Have you made any changes or modifications to the WooCommerce code or cart or theme views?
Do you remember making changes or updates to WooCommerce before the issue?
Our Helena Pack (the demo) behaves correctly both in the shopping cart Content only visible to registered users -note that by default the “View cart” button appears in a different position from the one you have in your theme:
Radio-buttons normally show the text below the button and not to the right of the radio-button.
In our “official” Helena Pack, the radio-buttons for payment methods are shown as you can see in this screenshot:
So it does not differ from what you show in your capture.
