Hello, I am looking for a plugin that allows, when filling out a form, to automatically send a response with the number of that form. That is, for each form submission received, it must have an ID (correlative number) and when they fill it out, automatically send that ID in the body of the response message. The idea would be like giving an online shift to the person who fills out the form.
