What this plugin does is that it shows a button where you add the shortcode with the sign up text:
When you click on it, the plugin will display the form you choose in a popup, in this case you would have to add some text on your page that indicates a message to join our newsletter, or some text of this style.
Keep in mind that where you add this shortcode that must have this structure > is where this popup activation button will be displayed.
