Ok, let’s try something radical.
.- Install a new version of WordPres in a folder independent of the domain, for example New.
.- Access Applications -> Install WordPress
.- Choose the domain and in the route option add “new”
This will install a new WordPress inside the new folder. ( you do not have to create the folder since the installer itself creates it )
To access the web it would be tudominio.xxx/nueva
.- In the new installation add the DIVI template.
.- Access the administrator you have in the domain.
.- Go to Tools -> Export
.- Select the pages option and click on “Download Export File”
.- Access the new installation.
.- Access the new installation -> Tools -> Import
.- Import the file you downloaded.
Check if you can edit the pages you imported.
If this works you can do the same with tickets and products.
