Problem with “Calculate shipping” in cart with Woocommerce

Hello,

In our online store when you go to the cart, it automatically shows a price for shipping costs that does not correspond, without having entered the postal code. Until you enter the postal code and update the totals, it does not show them correctly. In the Woocommerce menu, in shipping options I have selected the option “Hide shipping costs until the address is entered”. Likewise, when you enter the postal code, it does not matter which province is selected, it will give the result referring to the postal code. I have tried to access the cart without cache, from different computers and the same thing always happens.

The same thing happens when the customer accesses Checkout, until they enter their data and change the type of collection, they do not update the totals.

How can I do so that it does not show expenses that do not correspond until I enter the postal code?
