I have a problem on my website.
I have the online users module activated (mod_whosonline), this module shows the connected visitors and I also have the zopim chat in the trial version (I still have 7 more days)
My problem is that the logged in users that appear on my website do not match the logged in users in the zopim admin page.
For example, when I enter the website, 5 connected users appear, but when I enter the zopim chat administration page, the visitors list section does not show all 5.
I don’t know why there is no concordance in connected users between these two?
