Productivity in Spain is below 60%

Within the concept of productivity there are a series of terms that must be taken into account as fundamental levers that affect these ratios: technology, the organization of a company, human resources management and the quality of the process.

To become aware of each one of them, the first step to take is to establish measurement systems for each of these variables so that, based on their analysis, it is possible to establish improvement plans, identify, minimize or eliminate waste activities or finally measure the cost/benefit of the change towards automation processes, etc.

In the words of Daniele Tramontín, commercial director of Adecco Outsourcing: “Productivity and efficiency as a synonym of professionalization, facilitate the entry of new technical and technological solutions to the process, representing the true gateway to innovation that at the same time generates greater productivity and efficiency”.

The Adecco Outsourcing Barometer on productivity and efficiency has been carried out on a sample of 2,024 directors, managers and middle managers, between 18 and 65 years of age, who work for others, in 30 representative activity sectors of our business fabric .
