Rajapack presents its 2017 catalog with art as the protagonist

We have already talked to you on some occasion about the growing importance of packaging in today’s eCommerce. An element that surrounds (literally) the product and that, curiously, is the first the customer sees when you receive your online order.

How could it be otherwise, the big names in global eCommerce were the first to take on this factor, with cases as paradigmatic as those of Amazon and its special packaging for Kindle, or Zara with the garments that it has been sending for years to any part of the world. Other companies like Birchbox or Fancy with their FancyBox they have made the experience of opening their shipments a fundamental part of their product.

As you can see, packaging is a fundamental part of the success of an online store. Today we will talk about the news of one of the big names in the sector in Europe: the new Rajapack catalog

The new Rajapack catalog unites packaging… and art

Rajapack has presented a surprising new catalog with the claim, “The art of packaging”, thus showing, in a different way, its range of more than 4000 packaging products.

And it is precisely in the “art of packaging” where the opportunity for companies lies, not only to have effective and efficient packaging, but also to surprise and transmit brand image. “The moment of delivery of an order is crucial and the impact generated is greater than that of other moments of the purchase process. Achieving a positive image is key and packaging is one of the most effective and economical tools to achieve this purpose.”, explained Bernard de Paauw, General Director of Rajapack Spain.

The new catalog has 388 pages, 32 more than the previous edition, and counts, among its 4000 products, with more than 1,400 destined for warehouse and commerce. In addition, it presents 170 novelties, among which solutions for food such as isothermal boxes and bags stand out, as well as a wide assortment of technical adhesive tapes. Rajapack’s biannual catalog is used as a thermometer to measure changes in the packaging sector and discover new trends. In 2017, it focuses on process optimization, innovation and communication.

In this new catalog, packaging is also shown as a source of inspiration for many artists. “Twenty years ago, I discovered the interest of artists in packaging materials and started the RAJA Art collection, which now has a hundred works: paintings, sculptures, photographs and videos, created by well-known and emerging artists and with a common denominator: packaging” comment Daniele Kapel Marcovici, General Director of the RAJA Group.

All the information on the RAJA Art collection is available at All the novelties are now available in stock You can also request a free copy of the catalogue, or consult the online catalog and the downloadable version.
