With the friendly url generation system that Joomla incorporates, it is not possible to make comments. In the friendly urls that are associated with a particular component, such as the Ju Directory, it is necessary to have a reference to the component itself or to the menu item that loads the main page of the component. Otherwise Joomla would not know which component is being referenced with the url.
To get urls like the ones you are looking for, it would be necessary to use a custom friendly url generation component, such as sh404SEF or AceSEF. Personally I do not recommend using a component of this type, since it could change the friendly urls that you already have, with the consequent damage to the current positioning, in addition to the fact that it could cause problems with some links.
