Prestashop version: 1.6.1.24
Installed module: Yotpo – Social Reviews and Testimonials v1.4.3
I have the Rich Snippes option enabled in the Yotpo module but Rich Snippes are not showing up in google searches. Theoretically I think that just by activating this option in the module they should already come out. It does seem that the structured data is created correctly with the json when loading any product page.
I don’t know if there is some kind of incompatibility with this version of prestashop or if some code change has to be made to display them.
can you give me a hand?
