You upload the image that you want to be the card itself (or multiple images if you want), and then the user who can add all the information he wants so that the gift card is automatically generated. Specifically, you can indicate the name of the person who gives the gift, the name of the person who receives it, the email of the person who receives it, and a message.
The system will automatically generate a gift card with all this information, and will also add a code to keep track of all the vouchers, and to be able to mark them each time someone uses them.
Thanks to this system, a PDF is automatically generated with all these fields, which the user can print instantly to give to anyone. As you can see, the system is very practical for buyer and seller.
Customizing the amount
Another important point is to choose the quantity of the card. Obviously, this will depend on the type of product you have in the store, although gift cards are usually made from €10 to €200, which are the ones that work best. Thus, values such as €10, €25, €50, €100, €150 and €200 are the most used.
But we can still go further and allow the user to choose that amount with the plugin, thanks to which the user himself can choose the exact amount of the value of the card. Well, until now we have seen the most traditional option, that is, buying a card to print and give it in person. But another interesting option is to give that same amount as a coupon. That is, give away a coupon with that same amount or credit.
