Standard contracts: what is it – Dictionary of Economics

They are the contract models that investment services companies must use to formalize relations with their clients, in certain operations that, due to their habitual nature, reach massive diffusion. The content of the standard contracts used by each entity must be reviewed by the competent supervisory bodies (CNMV and, in everything that refers to the book-entry debt market, the Bank of Spain).
