In this course we will learn how to get the most out of Telegram, a very useful messaging tool to incorporate into our digital marketing strategy.

Telegram is in a market in which WhatsApp monopolizes, but really, if the comparison is made solely based on the functionalities of both applications, Telegram is much more powerful.

The main feature that differentiates Telegram from WhatsApp is security. Functions such as the encryption of messages, the incorporation of passwords in chats and the use of secret chats are some of the functions that do not help to keep our conversations more secure.

In addition, Telegram is a very powerful tool for building community. In Telegram we can create both groups (in which everyone can write and chat) or channels, in which only administrators post messages and users can join. In addition, there are no limitations regarding the number of users that can be part of these groups and channels, unlike WhatsApp.
