However, it is in mobile phones, the king of the market, where it leaves a curious leader despite the fact that there are brands with many more sales.
Talking about mobiles in the middle of 2021 is talking about Android or iOS. Apple’s strength has come to such an extent that its operating system stands up to the one used by the vast majority of other devices. However, and despite the fact that the iPhone 13, this is not the best mobile brand for the OCU.
Neither is Samsung, the other great giant that tries year after year to overshadow the iPhone from its bases in Seoul where it has achieved more than reliable and powerful devices, at the height of the best on the market. And of course, neither is Huawei, which in recent years has suffered much criticism from the United States when its brand image was at its highest.
But it is that the latter is not even the best of all Chinese companies for the OCU. Xiaomi, OnePlus, Oppo or Umidigi, at least, surpass Huawei since they are second, third, fourth and fifth, respectively, brands most praised by the institution.
Google, reliability and satisfaction
With the opinion of more than 80,000 users from Spain, but also from Portugal, France, Italy and Belgium, the OCU has decided that Google is the best mobile company. It is, specifically, for the satisfaction of its customers who give up to 83 points out of 100 to the Alphabet company in addition to five stars out of five for reliability.
One last term that refers to the few faults that Google terminals usually suffer… but also to the battery, although in this case neither this nor the other companies manage to get the best possible score.
