The Casa Carmen restaurants go on sale thanks to Arcano

The Casa Carmen restaurant chain goes on the market. Its founder, owner and CEO, Lluís Puigvert, has hired Arcano as a financial advisor to explore the entry of a partner with which to boost the company’s growth, according to market sources familiar with the process.

This movement responds to the interest received from investors, mainly funds, who have approached to acquire the firm. The perimeter of the divestment will be set based on the offers of potential buyers.
