What jobs may dominate the labor market in the future? Which ones will resist better? What kind of training will they require? All of them are recurring questions that do not usually have a closed answer, but all the approximations that put names and surnames to these possible occupations give us a more approximate idea.
RESET, Jobs with a Future, is a report that a few weeks ago gave rise to a conference in which fifty experts debated the future of work. The program is based on a selection of , industry, commerce and health with great projection and demand today.
Organized by the Canal de Isabel II Foundation, in collaboration with the Human Age Institute, an initiative of ManpowerGroup, which brings together training pathways and access to these jobs for everyone
25 jobs linked to the digital world and the green recovery
But what jobs are you talking about specifically? More than half of the 25 professions included in the initiative are related to the demand for digital and green employment, two sectors with enormous potential, key to the development of the economy and identified as a priority in the strategic plans of the European Union.
The other professional profiles are linked to health, logistics, trade and industry, all sectors that have a very positive impact on economic growth and the well-being of society, but they include all levels of training.
