The most affordable, on the other hand, are the old barracks in Escucha (Teruel) and Pedroche (Córdoba), with a value of 57,000 and 66,000 euros, respectively.
In addition, Interior also sells other properties such as the Siguenza barracks (in Guadalajara, for 437,000 euros), Sant Quinti de Mediona (in Barcelona, for 279,000 euros), A Proba de Brollon (in Lugo, for 155,000 euros), Utrillas (in Teruel, for 138,000 euros) and Ferrol (in La Coruña, for 116,000 euros).

Along with these facilities, Interior also has 10 plots and plots for sale whose prices range from 14,000 euros in Sant Llorenç Savall (Barcelona) to 460,000 euros in the Hacienda de Pavones, in Madrid.
Although some of the properties are classified as being of public and social interest, others are available for residential, hotel, entertainment or commercial use, which, a priori, facilitates their sale. In any case, most of these facilities are put up for sale after they have had no buyers or interested parties in previous auction processes.
