What are these new rates like and how have they changed?

The new rates will be available from today, May 12. Whether you are already a customer or are thinking about joining the family, you will be able to benefit from all these improved rates. These are the from today:

• 12 gigabytes and unlimited calls for 7.95 euros
• 30 gigabytes and unlimited calls for 9.95 euros
• 75 gigabytes and unlimited calls for 14.95 euros
• 150 gigabytes and unlimited calls for 19.95 euros

These are the from today:

• 300MB fiber + 10 GB mobile and unlimited calls for 29.95 euros
• 300MB fiber + 50 GB mobile and unlimited calls for 34.95 euros
• 600MB fiber + 50 GB mobile and unlimited calls for 39.95 euros
• 600 MB fiber + 2 lines with 30 GB and unlimited each for 39.90 euros
• 600MB fiber + 100 GB mobile and unlimited calls for 42.95 euros

• 6 gigabytes and unlimited calls for only 3.95 euros
• 10 gigabytes and unlimited calls for only 4.95 euros
• 50 gigabytes and unlimited calls for only 9.95 euros
• 100 gigabytes and unlimited calls for only 14.95 euros

Remember that all the rates you see are final price. In short, what you see is what it is and at you won’t get a shock on your bill.

How does the rate change affect me if I am already a customer?

You can rest assured because you will not need to do anything, since if you are a customer your current rate will be maintained or if it changes, it will be automatically and for the better. What does this mean? What are we going to move? to all customers who had any of the rates that we have improved with the intention that they can take advantage of the increase in gigabytes from June 1. Of course, if you want to make another rate change, you are free to do so from the Mi app.

For the customers with mobile rates

• From 15 gigabytes for 11.95 euros they will automatically go to 16 gigabytes for the same price.
• From 25 gigabytes for 15.95 euros they will automatically go to 30 gigabytes for the same price.
• From 30 gigabytes for 19.95 euros they will automatically go to 35 gigabytes for the same price.

But don’t worry, because if your rate is one of the improved ones you will receive a notification via email in the next few days to tell you about the automatic improvement.

Customers with fiber + mobile rates

• From a speed of 100 megabytes and 15/20 gigabytes for 34.95 euros, they will automatically go to 100 megabytes and 25 gigabytes for the same price
• From a speed of 300 megabytes and 20 gigabytes for 39.95 euros, they will automatically go to 300 megabytes and 30 gigabytes for the same price.
• If your rate is not between the previous two, you will maintain the same benefits and price as before, unless you want to make a change. Feel free to enter the Mi app or call us and we will change your fiber and mobile rate to the one that best suits you.

Customers with fiber-only rates

• Now, instead of a speed of 100Mb, you will browse at 600Mb for the same price, 29.95 euros per month.

How to get the new rates?
