If you are thinking about your home, a good way to increase its value is by reforming it. There are small interventions that improve the features and qualities of the properties and, by extension, increase their sale price.
Specifically, from habittisimo they calculate that a typical 90 m2 home can appreciate up to 20% after a comprehensive reform of 50,000 euros. The experts explain that the best way to get an old house to revalue is to change its distribution because “years ago houses were built with a structure designed for other uses very different from those of today, which leads us to have homes that are poorly adapted to current needs”, they say.
For this reason, it is common to find houses with bedrooms in the bedrooms, very small rooms without windows or long and narrow corridors that take away light.
