This activates the WhatsApp trick to read messages without entering the application

WhatsApp has become a universal tool to be in contact with friends, family or coworkers, it allows us to be constantly connected and while in most cases this is something useful there are times when we prefer not to leave a trace. The messaging app offers tools for all cases, and today we are going to teach you how to read a WhatsApp without having to connect and appear online.

There are times when we want to read a message, but we don’t want to enter the app and have it record our connection. This is quite common, and to the surprise of many, there is a more useful and efficient tool than reading part of the message from the notifications.

The problem that you have surely encountered when trying to read a message from the notifications is that only part of a sentence appears, and unless they write you several relatively long messages, the only thing you can do is enter WhatsApp to be able to read it, but with this trick things will change.

Use the WhatsApp widget

For those who do not know, a widget is a mini application or program that serve as tools to speed up and facilitate access to certain functions of different applications. In the case of WhatsApp, we find a widget for messages.

The procedure to activate it on our smartphone is simple and does not require technical knowledge. You just have to follow the following steps on your mobile phone with Android operating system.

Steps to follow

1. Have the WhatsApp application updated.

Once you have activated this widget, it will appear in the space you had selected before. From now on, you will only have to go through this menu to see the messages of the conversations that have not been read. The user will be able to read them from there, without having to connect, appear online and, of course, have them marked as read.

However, it is true that this method has only one problem, the widget only allows six alerts to be displayed simultaneously, so if this limit is crossed there will be group or private chats that cannot be consulted.
