This is Elon Musk’s challenge to Putin with Ukraine involved (and response from Chechnya)

As the month since the , different world leaders try to find a solution to the conflict from the most peaceful point of view. Something not very consistent with what the most eccentric billionaire of the moment has wanted to show, an Elon Musk who has challenged President Vladimir Putin to a fight where the territorial integrity of Ukraine would be at stake.

“I hereby challenge Putin to a duel,” the Tesla founder wrote a few days ago. In a message where Musk combined English with Cyrillic writing, he also quoted the Kremlin directly so that his message would reach the Russian president.

All in order to put a decisive end to the invasion that Russia began a month ago in Ukraine, and for which Musk would put the territorial integrity of this country at stake. For this, the dispute would be fought through a combat of some martial art, which the leader of Tesla has not dared to pronounce, leaving the Slavic president the final decision.

Until a few days ago, Putin was honorary president of the International Judo Federation

Of well-known interest in martial arts, Putin is a black belt in judo to the point of holding the honorary presidency of the International Federation of this discipline until a few days ago, when the position was withdrawn for his offensive on Ukraine. “Do you accept the confrontation?” Musk continued without a response from any Russian body.

Chechnya picks up the gauntlet and laughs at Musk

A reply that, however, has come from a faithful ally of Putin, the also eccentric president of the Republic of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov. With a known level of testosterone in his messages, this politician now close to the Kremlin because of his interests in the war, has stung Musk more in his pugilistic intentions.

“Don’t compare your forces with Putin’s. You are in two totally different leagues and we are not only talking about martial arts. You, a businessman and Twitter user while Putin is a world-class politician and a strategist who inspires fear in the West. What he will do Vladimir will look unsportsmanlike when he beats you up,” the Chechen leader said.

Musk has gone further in his intentions, promising to only use his left hand in combat.

A clear warning to Musk who, as if that were not enough, has encouraged him to go to a gym in Chechnya to “pump those muscles and stop being the gentle and feminine ‘Elona'”. Macho message through, the president of Tesla himself has picked up the glove by encouraging himself to “use only the left hand (he is right-handed)”.

The most eccentric and mocking side of a cruel war, which shows how even a war can enter modern society, to the rhythm of an exchange of messages between two people who are very interested in what is happening these days between Russia and Ukraine but barely they can contribute more than off-tone words. A challenge from the always on point Musk that it will be impossible for a Putin more focused on what is a key offensive for his political future to pick up.
