Within the universe of prefabricated houses, many are delivered completely built, ready to be installed on the corresponding land, moved by large trucks; but others are also sold by modules, in such a way that it is the customer who must finish assembling them.
This is the case of Anna, the wooden shed of the Palmako Carrefour brand for less than 20,000 euros. While its purchase price is 20,676.60 euros, it currently enjoys discounts that leave it at a final price of 18,202.21 euros.
Its acquisition, exclusively for the online sales channel, has an estimated delivery date of approximately two weeks.
Made of untreated natural wood
“Description: Wooden shed ideal for visits, as a weekend house or as an extra house,” the distribution chain announces on its website. As shown in the plans in , it is divided into two compartments, of different sizes, designed to establish a bedroom and a main room.
With an area of almost 27 square meters and a volume of 75 cubic meters, its dimensions are 4 by 7.7 meters. The height is more than two meters (2.29) and the thickness of its walls is 70 millimeters. It is made of “high quality” Nordic fir wood, according to the sales website. In addition, it is offered with a 5-year warranty.
It has three windows (two at the front and one at the side) measuring 117 by 145 centimeters, while the door measures 73 by 188 cm. Both gates are of the Summer type, made of laminated wood and with a lower stainless steel reinforcement and cylinder-type lock.
The house includes the floor, although it does not come with asphalt fabric for the roof or the lower surface. To assemble it, the manufacturer makes the instruction manual available to the customer.
