The user experience (UX) can be defined as the experience a person has when interacting with all aspects of a company’s digital product or services.

On the other hand, the (UI) either user interfaceare the set of screens, pages and visual elements such as buttons, forms, etc, that allow people to interact with the digital product or service.

What is UX or User Experience

The user experience or UXstudies the perception and sensations generated by the digital product or service through the interactions it carries out.

UXnot only focuses on the digital product, it encompasses everything and is always focused on the human being with whom it interacts.

When we say that it covers everything, we mean that there are different types of contact by the user with the product or service, such as:

• How would they discover the company’s product?
• The steps they perform while interacting with the interface when executing the tasks.
• The thoughts and feelings that arise when performing a task.

The user experience must ensure that the company’s products and services meet the needs of customers and users. Through different it allows to detect problems and solve them.

UX designers work together with UI designers, UX researchers, the commercial department and business to understand and know the users. They use all their knowledge to define iterations and constantly improve the product and services offered by the company with both quantitative and qualitative.

Its about interface design. It focuses on all those components and elements that are within the screen or page. It is the visible part with which the user or client interacts.

In the UI, not only screens are included, it also includes keyboards, sounds and even lights. Today, users interact on various devices such as PCs, Smartphones and Tablets and in many different ways, through a keyboard, by touching the screen or even by voice.

They are closely related since both solve the problems detected in the execution of specific tasks by the user and improve both the product and the service. They should never be opposed, rather, they complement each other.

The UI is an extremely important part of the design. UI focuses on the product, while UX focuses on the user and their journey through the product.
