The aid from the European Next Generation funds for the energy rehabilitation of buildings will mean an injection of more than 6,800 million euros. Specifically, around 3,400 million euros will be allocated entirely to the rehabilitation of homes as part of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, which has allocated this item to . However, materializing the application for these aids can be a “tedious” process in some things, according to the experts at Habitissimo, therefore, they offer some keys to take advantage of them.
The first thing to keep in mind is that there are different types of aid linked to this plan, according to the experts on the platform. On the one hand, there are tax aids, which will make it possible to include in the Income Statement the tax deduction of the expenses derived from the rehabilitation actions carried out in the home.
This aid will allow owners to benefit from a tax deduction of up to 60% of the investment with a limit of 15,000 euros. “If we want to avail ourselves of this aid, the first thing we have to be clear about is the budget for the rehabilitation work before making decisions that may leave us out of this type of aid,” the experts advise.
