In the third class of the WhatsApp Business course we are going to see how we can initially configure the WhatsApp Business application in order to start getting the most out of it.

And it is that this application has several functionalities and peculiarities that the classic version of this messaging application does not have, although in the eyes of the client they do not notice any difference or have to install anything.

So, let’s see how to configure WhatsApp Business, and the first steps to take in the application, as well as how to create a backup, something key in the business world. Let us begin!

You see it! It is that easy to configure and connect our WhatsApp account with the WhatsApp Business account so that through the new version of WhatsApp Business we can manage relationships with our customers.

Many features are like the normal WhatsApp version, but we have also started to discover new possibilities that could be really interesting in the future.

It is also important to make the automated backup on a monthly basis so that it is automatically recorded in our Drive every month. In this way we make sure that in the future we do not lose valuable information in case the App is deleted, or we change the device.

As optional exercises, we suggest you install WhatsApp Business on the device and set-up the tool (and incidentally follow the following lessons practicing at the moment), and configure the backup as often as you deem appropriate.
