Which countries have more and less vacation days?: The myth (or not) of the Spanish August

However, the recurring debate often arises as to whether Spain has more holidays than other countries, especially with August looming on the calendar, a month that has historically been less active.

In Spain, although each contract or collective agreement includes the specifications, in the Workers’ Statute it is generally stated that “in no case will the duration be less than thirty calendar days”. That is, about 22 business days.
