Why don’t you classify the carts as abandoned after…

Hello again:

Well, indeed, the one that interfered was precisely the abandoned cart module. The module was the Abandoned Cart Reminder Pro, and it was giving this problem. When we have deactivated it, the carts that carry without session 24 hours They immediately appear as abandoned cart. We’ll try another module, to fix this conflict (maybe it’s with our version, maybe with our theme…. viz).

For those who like it:

The operation of Prestashop with the carts is as follows; When someone enters the page and takes any product to the cart, it will appear yes or yes in sell-> orders-> shopping cart. If the person has registered, they will appear as a registered user and if not, as anonymous. If you have made a purchase, the order ID, the amount and some other things will appear.

The interesting thing to recover is when you have not made the purchase. It will then appear, if the user leaves the session, in the list as “No order”, along with other data such as what they have seen and the moment (full date and time) when they left the session. IT WILL NOT APPEAR AS ABANDONED CART up to 24 hours after the session abandonment, and it does so automatically.

We say this because if an abandoned cart module is being used, it is important that it can be configured or that the module itself understands that a cart is abandoned from the moment we tell it or take into account that the time we set for it to send the mail to try to recover it is counting on the fact that we already have 24 hours. For example, some modules tell you that the first email can be sent 1 hour after abandoning the cart, and you trust that this will be the case, but in reality it will be 25 hours after the session is abandoned (24 hours for abandoned cart + 1 hour after you add it).
