1429. Notion.so – .com

Today we are looking at a tool that has come to me through various sources: Notion, a software for writing, planning, collaborating and organizing. All in one.

But first, remember that we are in full swing, in which today we will learn the accounting mentality, and we will put accounting into practice.

Before talking about the tool of the day, let’s go for another one that Alberto sent us, who sent us this email:

Hello! This is not a question or query… it’s a chrome extension “tip” for gmail that I think Joan could do well (and many people more of course…). Last week Joan explained in his podcast how he organized his goals and all that… well… he also talked about how he managed email and the use of yellow stars and blue stars, and the advice is on this point. The downside of using two symbols is that they both go “Starred” so they’re no longer in the inbox, but they’re still scrambled. In the past there was a functionality in the gmail laboratories that were the “quick links”, these quick links you could do at the click of a mouse do a search in your gmail; so if you saved the search “has:yellow-star” then it would go to the yellow stars and if you saved the search “has:blue-star” then the blue ones were listed. Go find out why Google decided to load the Labs and load this specific lab that was addictive for this and other things… Well, there is a chrome extension: that does the same thing that the Lab did before. For me, it’s great to be able to assign symbols or stars with the “s” and file, and then have each symbol separately… It What I don’t know at the moment is how to make those links be clicked with a keyboard shortcut (this may be a problem for a keyboard-shortcut-ninja like Joan…) but for other mortals, I think it does its job. mission pretty good. A big hug and continue the same. (alberto)

Well, indeed, it is a very useful extension that brings life back to the labs option that Gmail had before. Thank you Alberto, we take note! 🙂

And now yes, let’s talk about , a software that you have recommended to me (thanks Álex, Mario and Ángel) that allows us to write, plan, collaborate and organize ourselves, all from a single application.

Much like Coda.io, it’s an interesting replacement for a dozen apps that you might want to check out. I leave below the rundown of the episode to all, so that you have all the key points:

As you can see, a very complete tool. It also has a , which gives you access to all the features. I recommend that you try it, if only to see what possibilities it offers us.

And here is the tool of the week! As always, thank you very much for your five-star ratings in , in , and , subscribe to the and for being there, on the other side. Without you this would not be what it is, without you this simply would not be.

We’ll hear each other tomorrow, Friday, with a monograph chosen by yourselves. As always, at 07:07. Until then… Very good morning!
