When customers place an order that has the option of being picked up at a point designated for it, they can choose an AliExpress brand locker or a Celeritas pick-up point, depending on the proximity to the address they have registered on the platform. If a locker is chosen, packages will be placed in easy-to-use and secure automated lockers where customers can scan a QR with their order details or enter a code to collect their package.

AliExpress-brand lockers offer an even more seamless shopping experience to consumers, who you can now pick up your AliExpress orders quickly and for free at automated lockers. It is a practical solution that offers greater flexibility and security to AliExpress customers, by giving them the option to pick up orders at times that suit them.
