Amazon is looking for more than 600 workers in Spain before Black Friday: how to join its job bank

Black Friday is largely synonymous with Amazon when it comes to online sales. So it is not surprising that the leading ecommerce company is also

The company has not stopped growing in Spain since it arrived ten years ago and right now it has 15,000 employees in our country, and there will be up to 25,000 by 2025.

Along this path, right now it has more than 600 vacancies open throughout the country, many of them concentrated in Madrid (390) and Barcelona (290 in total), but also in Murcia, Zaragoza, Andalusia, the Valencian Community or Murcia and Toledo.

What job offers Amazon launches: requirements and salaries

In their vacancies, they can be found from warehouse workers, through logistics managers to office jobs and all linked to their logistics centers.

The offers now available are both temporary and fixed, with a very important weight in number for the operating personnel in their centers in view of the Christmas campaign.

The jobs are divided in turn between junior and senior within the selection process, and the requirements are based on the position and responsibility. For specific positions, Amazon does ask for a degree, be it a university or appropriate vocational training, but there are jobs such as warehouse clerk that do not require a specific degree.

Something important that Amazon marks in all its offers, especially for intermediate and high positions, is that knowing English will be valued positively.

Amazon salaries are disparate, but they range from 1,200 gross euros per month that a warehouse worker can earn onwards.

How to join the Amazon job board

Once your offer is known, there are important things to know about how to post your resume on Amazon.

The company has its entire job offer centered on this website: amazon.jobs. In it, we can look for employment and through its logistics centers.

Once the offer we want to apply for has been selected, Amazon asks us to create an Amazon Jobs account. This account is different from the one we use as clients.

In it we will complete a record that will serve as a resume to be able to access to apply for jobs, and we will also have to upload our own, although it is not essential, but it is advisable.

Also, something important is that Amazon does not accept letters of introduction in this initial state, so it is good to avoid these formulas, which, however, we can use if they call us for a second interview.
