In the third class of the business management and organization course, we are going to deal in depth with the different management styles that we can work with.
When we talk about running a company and about management styles, it is inevitable to talk about leadership, a skill that must exist in any style we adopt and in running a company.
In this class we are going to talk about natural, authoritarian leadership, the charismatic leader, passing through the bureaucratic, liberal and pro people, among other styles that we will detail. Let’s go to class!
As you can see, we are talking about different styles of leadership to reflect on, and examine which one we should implement in our company, also depending on the type of leader we are.
And this is another very important point that we work on in this class, defining and detailing the types of leaders that we can find or adapt for our business.
